Emily Bach Coaching LLC, an Ohio LLC ("we" or "us") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use or access our website (“Website”) or the coaching and wellness services we provide either in person or virtually (“Services”). We encourage you to never share highly sensitive personal information such as social security numbers that is not necessary to the Services.

When you pay for Services, your financial and other personal data is collected via a third party vendor and processed entirely through a third party authorized payment processor. The privacy policies on those sites are what apply to the transactions you complete through those sites. We do not collect or store any of your payment information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any external links that may be found on our Website. Once you have used a link to leave the Website, the information you may provide is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any such third parties, and you should inform yourself of such third parties’ policies prior to providing information.
